London’s first all-suite hotel has opened in the heart of Belgravia. The Emory, the newest property from Maybourne — the group behind The Connaught, The Berkeley and Claridge’s — introduces 61 contemporary suites across nine floors, blending iconic architecture with refined interiors.
Designed by the late Richard Rogers and Ivan Harbour of RSHP, The Emory’s suites feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and bespoke furniture created exclusively for the hotel. The design culminates in a wraparound glass penthouse by Rigby & Rigby that delivers a striking sense of light, space and luxury.

On the ground floor, abc kitchens — the hotel restaurant from celebrated chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten — offers a menu focused on fresh, organic and ethically sourced local produce. The culinary program leans into plant-focused dishes, inventive tonics and carefully crafted cocktails that reflect Vongerichten’s contemporary approach.
Also on the ground level, The Emory Bar features a dramatic glass canopy with a vibrant stained-glass installation by Brian Clarke. Retractable glass doors open onto a private courtyard, extending the social space and creating an inviting indoor-outdoor experience.

The hotel’s tenth floor provides 360-degree views of the London skyline from two glass pavilions, home to The Emory Cigar Merchants and Bar 33. Bar 33 is an intimate rooftop lounge reserved for hotel guests or private invitation, while The Emory Cigar Merchants pays homage to tradition with burl wood detailing reminiscent of classic cigar boxes and a modern hidden extraction system. In warmer months, both pavilions can partially retract to create an open-air rooftop setting.
Guest services at The Emory are focused on convenience and privacy. Each stay includes a private chauffeur-driven return transfer from London’s private airfield or international airports, daily English breakfast delivered in-suite or served at abc kitchens, a complimentary in-suite bar and 24-hour assistance from a dedicated Emory assistant. Additionally, guests can access Surrenne, a private members’ club dedicated to wellbeing and longevity that occupies four subterranean floors beneath the hotel.
The Emory positions itself as a contemporary, all-suite urban retreat in one of London’s most distinguished neighborhoods, combining architectural pedigree, thoughtful interiors and elevated hospitality for a modern luxury experience.
