Sensei’s New Rest and Recovery Program for Peak Performance

Leading global wellness brand Sensei has introduced a dedicated sleep and stress management program called Rest & Recovery. The program is available to book at Sensei Lānaʻi, a Four Seasons Resort, and Sensei Porcupine Creek.

“Improving sleep and reducing stress are two of the most common intentions that we encounter when working with our guests,” said Dr. Vishal Patel, co-president and chief medical officer at Sensei. “To support our guests’ wellbeing, we developed a focused program for rest and recovery that provides practical tools for managing chronic stress within the restorative environment of our Sensei retreats.”

Designed as an immersive five-day experience, Rest & Recovery guides guests through an individualized assessment of their current mental and physical state and builds sustainable sleep and stress-management habits. Each participant receives a pre-arrival personal consultation and access to a WHOOP monitoring device with a 12-month membership activated before arrival, allowing baseline tracking and tailored recommendations.

On-site, guests work with the Sensei team and experienced practitioners through a mix of guided group work and private sessions. The program includes two 90-minute spa treatments, unlimited group classes, and two follow-up phone calls after the visit to review progress and refine the plan. This combination of monitoring, hands-on guidance and post-visit support helps reinforce new routines and encourages long-term improvements in sleep and stress resilience.

Pricing for the Rest & Recovery program is offered as a minimum five-night stay. Rates at Sensei Lānaʻi are $1,820 per night for single occupancy and $2,560 per night for double occupancy. At Sensei Porcupine Creek, rates start at $1,720 per night for single occupancy and $2,390 per night for double occupancy.

The program is structured to be adaptable to different lifestyles and wellness goals, emphasizing measurable improvements and personalized strategies. By combining wearable monitoring, expert consultation, therapeutic treatments and ongoing support, Sensei aims to help guests leave with clearer sleep patterns, reduced stress levels and practical tools to maintain those gains at home.
