SeaDream Yacht Club has launched a more than $10 million renovation program for its twin yachts, SeaDream I and SeaDream II. With the project completed on SeaDream II, SeaDream I is currently in drydock in Lisbon, Portugal where the same upgrades are being applied.

Since the company began operations in 2001, SeaDream Yacht Club has been recognized for attentive service, award-winning cuisine and an intimate, open-air yachting experience. Each vessel features 56 staterooms designed to feel like a private, luxury yacht rather than a large cruise ship.
The renovation focuses on modernization, comfort and refined materials while preserving the brand’s signature ambiance. Key upgrades include:
- Complete stateroom refurbishments with new hardware, updated soft furnishings and reorganized storage to improve functionality and comfort
- Electrical improvements such as added USB and USB-C ports, upgraded Wi-Fi and motion-sensor lighting for convenience and energy efficiency
- New 55-inch LED televisions with expanded movie, TV and infotainment options
- Durable, low-maintenance Bolidt decking on exterior decks for a modern take on traditional yacht finishes
- Seóra Balinese Dream Beds, premium mahogany sun loungers and stargazer chairs for enhanced outdoor relaxation
- High-end textiles including Loro Piana Italian upholstery and cushions, and Frette Italian towels
- GIOBAGNARA serving trays to add a refined, polished touch to onboard dining and service
- TUUCI designer parasols and hammocks fitted on deck areas for shade and leisure
- Two couples’ Jacuzzis added on Deck 6, providing unobstructed 360-degree views
- Two outdoor rain showers installed for quick refreshment after sunbathing or watersports
- An Instagram wall created to encourage guests to capture and share moments from their voyage

Passengers who sailed on the refreshed SeaDream II praised the updates, describing the changes as “simply beautiful,” noting they “love all the updates,” and calling the redesigned spaces “outstanding.” The renovations aim to enhance comfort and modern convenience while maintaining the intimate, upscale atmosphere that defines the SeaDream experience.
