The Benson & Friends Favorites menu includes a variety of canine-approved options. Honey’s Hill Country Breakfast blends short rib, chuck and brisket with farm-fresh eggs for a hearty start. Benson’s Chicken Delight highlights locally sourced chicken, while Nori’s Seattle Treat pairs salmon with rice and green beans. Lighter fare includes a Canine Crudité with apples, carrots and green beans, and the menu also offers a seasonal dessert of house-whipped cream and fresh berries.
More than 116 years old, the historic Gunter Hotel has been a San Antonio landmark since its opening. After a comprehensive $50 million renovation, the property reopened in fall 2025 with refreshed public spaces and upgraded amenities. Dining options now include Jots, the Keystone Club, Bar 414 and a Paris Baguette outlet. The hotel also features a vinyl library and a modern recording studio, and guestrooms are outfitted with a record player and a copy of Robert Johnson’s debut album, which was recorded at the hotel in 1936.
