Rising 20 stories with 228 rooms, The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is the most spacious hotel property in Jordan. Designed by Wimberly Interiors London, the guestrooms and suites draw inspiration from Jordan’s culture and history. The interior design features bold architectural gestures, layered lighting, Art Deco influences and contemporary artwork that reflect the local heritage.
Iconic local landmarks guide the design narrative: the carved facades of Petra are interpreted through a series of vignettes, while Roman and Nabatean motifs are reimagined in modern finishes throughout the property. Corridor floors evoke the desert landscape, and guestroom palettes reference Jordan’s natural elements of sand and sea, creating a sense of place that is both elegant and authentic.
Dining at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman ranges from formal to casual. Roberto’s, the hotel’s signature restaurant, serves Italian fine dining for both guests and local diners. Ambros offers a relaxed all-day dining experience, while Sarab Garden presents an elevated shisha lounge accompanied by refined regional cuisine.

For aficionados of cigars and spirits, The Founders Room provides an intimate cigar and whiskey lounge with a refined small-plate menu. Soleil emphasizes vegetarian cuisine and includes a specialty coffee roastery, while Legends, a sports lounge with American-style fare, is slated to open later this year.
The hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers with extensive event and wellness facilities. A Grand Ballroom spanning 11,300 square feet accommodates large gatherings, supported by five meeting rooms and a dedicated boardroom. Club Lounge privileges offer additional privacy and service for Club guests.
Wellness amenities include The Ritz-Carlton Spa and Wellness Center, featuring ESPA products, indoor and outdoor temperature-controlled pools, six treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge and one of the largest Jacuzzis in Amman.
