The four new culinary journeys are:
- A Taste of Scotland’s Larder: An eight-day experience based at the Gleneagles Hotel. Travelers explore Scotland’s produce and culinary traditions, learning to prepare classics such as haggis with neeps and tatties at Stirling Castle. In Edinburgh, a cooking class led by a chef favored by the British royal family uses ingredients sourced from the region’s top producers. Guests will also taste Loch Fyne oysters, forage for wild produce, visit a whisky distillery to learn about Scotch, and dine at Restaurant by Andrew Fairlie, Scotland’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Paris for Gourmands: A curated culinary tour of the City of Light that highlights the best patisseries, boulangeries and delicatessens across Parisian neighborhoods. Guests take a foodie walking tour of the Marais, dine at an Alain Ducasse restaurant, and join a chef for a market visit in Montmartre before preparing a meal together in the kitchen. The itinerary can include a day trip to the Champagne region to learn about and taste world-class sparkling wines.
- A Culinary Tour of Sri Lanka: A 10-day private journey through Sri Lanka’s scenic regions with a strong culinary focus. Highlights include a private Sinhalese cooking class with one of the country’s leading chefs, dinner at the celebrated Ministry of Crab, a barbecue with panoramic views, and breakfast in the paddy fields of Tea Country. Guests sample Tamil cuisine in a Tea Country host’s home, search for leopards and elephants in Yala National Park, enjoy a jungle afternoon tea, meet Sri Lanka’s “Sapphire King” for a gem-focused culinary demonstration, take a toddy workshop in Galle, and join local fishermen for lagoon fishing followed by a beachfront seafood barbecue.
- Thailand Culinary Adventure: A private route that travels from northern to southern Thailand, showcasing the country’s regional flavors. Participants learn to cook Lanna-style dishes in a rural family home in the north, take a tuk-tuk street-food tour in Bangkok, savor seafood and island-inspired cuisine in Phuket, and relax on one of the island’s renowned beaches.
