Hyatt has announced plans to open a new Park Hyatt in Mallorca, Spain, scheduled to debut in 2015. This will mark Hyatt’s first branded hotel on Mallorca, the Mediterranean island located off Spain’s eastern coast.
The Park Hyatt Mallorca is planned to offer 142 guestrooms and a range of dining and leisure facilities. Guests can expect two restaurants, a lounge bar, and a poolside bar, alongside a dedicated beach club and a full-service spa. For meetings and events, the property will feature approximately 13,000 square feet of event space, and a well-equipped fitness center will be available for guests.
Park Hyatt continues to expand its global portfolio, with more than 20 hotels in development across regions including Cambodia, China, India, Mexico, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand. The arrival of Park Hyatt Mallorca will strengthen Hyatt’s presence in the Mediterranean and add a luxury option for travelers seeking a refined island stay.
