The New York collection includes homes ranging from one to six bedrooms, with 30-night pricing approximately between $7,000 and $150,000, depending on size, location and amenities. Through the concierge, guests can arrange additional services such as regular housekeeping, private chefs, and in-room spa treatments to personalize their stay. Notable listings in the initial lineup include Waverly Place, Jane Street, Spring Street Pearl, Richardson Street and Chelsea Green, with more properties expected to expand the offering over time.
