B Cellars, a Napa Valley wine producer, has opened a new winery and hospitality house on a historic property in the Oakville AVA. The modern production facility offers more than 15,000 square feet of caves used for barrel storage, tours, tastings and private events. The hospitality house includes an interactive demonstration kitchen led by full-time Wine Educator and Chef Christina Machamer.
Visitors can choose from a variety of experiences, including alfresco tastings and pairings, curated wine journeys and culinary programs. The winery’s Appellation Tasting guides guests through Cabernet Sauvignon from four distinct growing areas, paired with a facility tour that explains the process from harvest to bottling. In addition, B Cellars presents seasonal menus, seminars and live demonstrations that highlight winemaking and food pairing techniques.
Situated at 701 Oakville Cross Rd., B Cellars welcomes guests by appointment seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., offering tailored tastings and private event options in a scenic Napa Valley setting.
