Highlights include ultra-deluxe suites and private villas, the iconic Caviar Kaspia dining venue, an extensive wellness program at the MaxxWellBeing Spa, and the Scorpios Beach Club—known for its Mykonos outpost. Guests can also arrange off-site visits to the Ancient City of Ephesus, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Set across 27 acres, the resort offers a range of accommodation types, from spacious suites to secluded villas. Public areas and guest rooms showcase local artisan-crafted ceramics and artwork, and visitors are welcomed by a striking lobby installation created by Turkish-American artist Refik Anadol.

Dining options include seven restaurants focused on farm-to-table menus that highlight local and seasonal produce. Twenty 4 presents a selection of authentic Turkish specialties, while a beverage program spanning six bars complements the culinary offerings.
The expansive MaxxWellBeing Spa features 20 treatment rooms delivering a blend of holistic and science-based therapies, including balneotherapy, flotation treatments like Nuvola massage, and a variety of beauty services. A dedicated Medi-Spa houses nine high-tech rooms for non-invasive anti-aging procedures such as an ozone sauna, a sensory deprivation tank and platelet-rich plasma treatments. The spa’s hydrothermal area is extensive, with a herbal sauna, herbal essence steam room, infrared sauna, salt room, rain room, Kneipp walk, a traditional Hammam with treatment rooms, and a Tepidarium relaxation space.

The fitness studio is equipped with a full range of Technogym cardio and strength machines, with expert instructors available for one-on-one sessions. Group classes include Pilates, aerial yoga, functional strength, breathwork, sound healing and spinning. An Olympic-sized indoor pool is also onsite for lap swimming and aquatic activities.
Maxx Royal Bodrum has partnered with Scorpios Beach Club, the experiential beach concept that began on Mykonos. Scorpios Bodrum, located on the same peninsula and adjacent to the resort, marks Scorpios’ first location outside Greece. It will open in June and combines music and art programming with a wellbeing-focused Ritual Space and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.

Families are catered to with Maxxi Land, a large children’s club described as one of the biggest in Bodrum. The Kid’s Club provides dedicated, age-appropriate spaces for children from one year old through the teenage years. Younger children have supervised play areas and creative workshops, while older kids can choose from land and water sports, dance classes, themed art and science sessions, and hands-on activities. Teenagers can enjoy cinema and gaming rooms. Parents can relax on the beach or enjoy a quiet meal knowing children are cared for by the resort’s trained childcare team; babysitting services are available on request.
