Located in a private courtyard directly behind St. Paul’s Cathedral, Kings Wardrobe, St. Pauls comprises seven Grade II-listed townhouses. The building’s origins stretch back to the 14th century and this development marks Native Places’ seventh property in its portfolio.
The aparthotel offers 92 bright, spacious apartments across a range of configurations from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated living and dining areas, and workspace. Bathrooms are stocked with Bramley toiletries, and guests are provided with fresh linens and Hypnos beds. Interior accents include tapestry prints from House of Hackney.

Each townhouse carries the name of a notable British or internationally influential designer who shaped British dress and style from the 1600s onward. Among the names featured are Rose Bertin, dressmaker to Marie Antoinette, and Anna Maria Garthwaite, an 18th-century English textile designer known for vivid floral patterns.
Kings Wardrobe, St. Pauls also houses COUNTER, a vibrant neighborhood space that highlights locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. By day COUNTER serves artisanal pastries and light bites; by evening it becomes a wine bar hosting curated events and offering a wide selection of drinks.
