JetBlue has partnered with New York’s popular Momofuku Milk Bar to offer premium snacks and drinks to its Mint customers starting this month.
Passengers traveling in Mint class will receive a Milk Bar cookie presented in a custom gift box along with a Milk Bar green juice before arrival. On overnight flights, Mint travelers can expect “bagel bombs” packaged in Milk Bar to-go bags.
Milk Bar was founded in 2008 by pastry chef Christina Tosi in collaboration with restaurateur David Chang of the Momofuku group. Since its founding, Milk Bar has become known for inventive desserts and grab-and-go items that translate well to in-flight service.
“I spend a lot of time on airplanes lately,” Tosi said in a statement. “My secret travel trick when traveling to our Milk Bar stores and kitchens in NYC, DC, Las Vegas and beyond is to sneak a Milk Bar cookie on board to help me power through the flight. That’s why I was beyond pumped when JetBlue approached us with the opportunity to make their Mint experience a little sweeter.”
The collaboration aims to elevate the Mint cabin experience by combining JetBlue’s premium service with Milk Bar’s distinctive flavors. Offering a recognizable bakery brand onboard can enhance passenger satisfaction by providing freshly styled snacks and familiar comfort items during flights.
JetBlue’s Mint cabin, designed to compete with other transcontinental and international premium economy and business-class products, focuses on amenities, privacy, and an upgraded dining program. The addition of Milk Bar items complements that approach by providing branded, chef-created treats that are easy to serve and enjoy at altitude.
Passengers can anticipate a consistent rollout of these Milk Bar offerings across Mint routes, with availability subject to flight length and scheduling. Short daytime flights will include the pre-arrival cookie and juice, while overnight itineraries will feature the to-go bagels. The partnership reflects a wider trend of airlines teaming with well-known food brands to deliver memorable onboard experiences.
By bringing a celebrated bakery brand into the cabin, JetBlue seeks to create a small but notable difference in passenger experience—turning a routine snack into a curated taste of a well-known culinary name. Travelers who enjoy Milk Bar’s signature items may now find those familiar flavors available while flying in Mint.
