In a city known for extravagance, it makes sense that the police would patrol in some of the finest vehicles available.
So it comes as little surprise that Dubai recently added a Lamborghini Aventador to its fleet of patrol cars.
The low-slung, high-performance supercar is finished in the police force’s signature green-and-white livery. Valued at roughly $500,000, the Aventador is powered by a V12 engine and can reach a top speed near 217 mph, making it well suited for high-speed response and public-relations duties alike.
The addition reflects Dubai’s penchant for striking, high-profile displays and its willingness to use standout vehicles both for practical patrol work and to reinforce the city’s image of luxury and modernity.
