Hyatt to Open 21 New Hotels Across Asia Pacific by 2028

Hyatt Hotels has announced an ambitious expansion across the Asia Pacific region, planning to open 21 new luxury hotels and resorts by 2020. The rollout significantly strengthens the company’s upscale portfolio, adding seven Park Hyatt properties—the largest number ever planned for that brand in the region—alongside six Grand Hyatt and six Andaz hotels. Two Alila resorts are also included, representing a more than 25 percent increase in Hyatt’s luxury offerings in Asia Pacific.

The planned openings span established gateway cities and high-demand resort destinations, reflecting Hyatt’s strategy to increase its presence across diverse markets. Below is the full list of scheduled openings for 2019 and 2020.
