After more than a year of careful renovations, Rome’s legendary Hotel Eden is reopening this month.
Part of the Dorchester Collection, the hotel has stood in the Eternal City for 125 years. Situated a short walk from Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps, Hotel Eden occupies one of Rome’s most desirable central locations.
Leading architects and designers have refreshed key areas of the century-old property, including the lobby, guestrooms, suites and the spa. The newly introduced spa services will be available to both hotel guests and outside visitors, offering a modern complement to the hotel’s historic charm.
The hotel reopens with 98 fully refurbished rooms and suites. A new rooftop restaurant, La Terrazza, led by Michelin chef Fabio Ciervo, debuts on the top floor, while Il Giardino, the hotel’s Italian cuisine restaurant, offers diners panoramic views across the city from its dining tables.
First opened in 1889, Hotel Eden has hosted royalty and celebrities over its long history. Room rates start at approximately $770 per night and can rise to as much as $13,000 for the most luxurious accommodations.
