Grow Your Business: Practical Strategies to Increase Revenue

American Airlines is expanding lie-flat seating and redesigning its international wide-body fleet. Earlier this year, the carrier introduced fully lie-flat seats in first and business class, starting with its new Boeing 777-300ER and extending the feature across international dual-aisle aircraft.

The rollout continues on the Airbus A321T with updated cabins that increase comfort and convenience. Business-class passengers on American’s international dual-aisle aircraft now benefit from several enhancements designed for productivity and relaxation:

  • Individual tray tables with a larger work surface for laptops and meals
  • Universal AC power outlets and USB ports available at every seat
  • In-seat entertainment via a 15.4-inch HD-capable touchscreen monitor
  • More than 700 hours of on-demand audio and video entertainment
  • A selection that can include up to 120 movies, 180 TV shows, 350 audio tracks and 30 games
  • A premium handset that doubles as an intuitive remote control

These updates reflect American’s focus on improving the international travel experience by combining lie-flat comfort with modern in-flight amenities and convenient connectivity. Passengers can expect consistent business-class features across the airline’s long-haul fleet as the redesign and seat installations continue.
