The Taj Group has launched complimentary WiFi across its 125 hotels worldwide, marking the first brand-wide, all-inclusive initiative of its kind in India. Guests staying at any of the group’s properties — including The Taj, Vivanta by Taj, Gateway Hotels and Ginger — can access free wireless internet on up to three devices for the duration of their stay, beginning at check-in.
“Both industry data and our own research highlight how important it is for travelers to stay connected. Globally, guests consistently rate free WiFi as one of the most essential hotel amenities,” said Rakhee Lalvani, Director of Public Relations at the Taj Group. “We continuously strive to elevate personalized service for business and leisure travelers. By offering complimentary WiFi, we aim to enhance the overall guest experience across our hotels.”
