Four Seasons Atlanta Unveils Luxe Room Renovation and Upgrades

Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is undertaking a two-phase renovation to refresh its guestrooms and public spaces in the heart of Midtown. The comprehensive update will modernize traditional guest accommodations with refined finishes and bold design elements, introduce a new restaurant called Bar Margot, and reveal a penthouse ballroom on the hotel’s 50th floor.

When the renovation is finished, all 244 guestrooms, including 18 suites, will reflect a cohesive aesthetic described by the New York–based interior design firm Meyer Davis Studio as rooted in tradition yet clearly contemporary in intent. The redesign aims to deliver comfortable, elegant rooms that feel both familiar and newly invigorated.

“The guestroom design for Four Seasons Atlanta is a redefinition of the classic sensibility that guests have come to love,” says Gray Davis, principal at Meyer Davis. The updated palette emphasizes polished chrome, gray-washed wood, textured upholstery, and soft velvet accents. These materials are combined to create an environment that is light, lush, and comfortable—balanced to meet modern expectations while honoring timeless style.

The project’s two-part approach allows the property to progressively roll out upgrades with minimal disruption to guests. In addition to refreshed guestrooms, the new Bar Margot will offer a stylish dining and social venue, and the penthouse ballroom on the 50th floor will provide a dramatic event space with elevated views—expanding the hotel’s offerings for meetings, weddings, and special occasions.

Overall, the renovation is positioned to reinforce Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta’s standing as a landmark destination in Midtown by marrying classic Four Seasons hospitality with contemporary design details and enhanced amenities. Guests can expect thoughtfully chosen finishes and a consistent design language across rooms and suites that emphasizes comfort, sophistication, and a renewed sense of place.
