FestWorld: Music Magazine for Passionate Listeners and Fans

One new magazine you might find at an airport near you, FestWorld Magazine, is the first print publication worldwide dedicated entirely to music festivals. Launched March 9, 2019, it targets music lovers, travel enthusiasts and socially minded readers. Subscriptions are available now; a one-year subscription costs $12, with $2 from each purchase donated to efforts combating the opioid epidemic.

Created by the founder of FestPop.com, single issues are available for $5.99. Each issue features festival reviews, travel guides, interviews with artists and producers, festival fashion and art coverage, food features and packing essentials. The tone often recalls classic music magazines like Rolling Stone and Spin, but with a focused emphasis on live events and the full festival experience, including many festivals that may be new to readers.

Alongside the magazine, the team launched the FestWorld Foundation to address the opioid and addiction crisis that has harmed families and communities across the country. With opioid overdoses claiming hundreds of lives weekly, the foundation supports local, practical solutions: improving access to treatment, supporting recovery programs, and backing education and research initiatives.

While FestWorld Magazine is likely to appeal to teens and adults who follow music and travel, its mission extends beyond entertainment. Through editorial coverage, charitable giving and community partnerships, the publication seeks to promote memorable festival experiences while contributing to meaningful social impact.
