This summer, the all-new Borgo San Vincenzo opens its doors in Montepulciano, Italy. Named for the patron saint of winemaking, the hotel stands amid the prestigious Vino Nobile vineyards of Tuscany in a restored 18th-century farmhouse.

Rooted in the region’s long winemaking tradition and warm hospitality, Borgo San Vincenzo focuses on wine-led experiences and tailored itineraries for every guest. The hotel aims to immerse visitors in Tuscany’s culture, food and landscape through thoughtfully curated activities.
“Borgo San Vincenzo was born out of a love for hospitality, wine tourism, and the desire to offer travelers the opportunity to connect with the people and moments that make Tuscany an exceptional destination,” said Shannon Kircher, one of the founders of Borgo San Vincenzo. “Guests will have access to unique offerings including wine tours and tastings, cooking classes, sunset dinners, aperitivo crafting sessions and more. It will be an unforgettable getaway in the heart of Tuscany.”

The property offers 21 luxury studios and suites. Suites feature either balconies with views of the rolling Tuscan countryside or covered outdoor patios for relaxed al fresco moments. An on-site restaurant emphasizes local produce, incorporating vegetables from nearby farms, artisan cheeses, locally raised meats and regional seafood into seasonally driven menus.
The hotel bar presents wine flights, classic cocktails and aperitivi, and will host cocktail-making classes and late-night drinks for guests seeking social evenings or quieter sips by the fire.
Originally built in 1780, the farmhouse retains historic character while providing modern comforts. Guests can reserve the wine cellar for private tastings or intimate dinners, and a cozy library offers a quiet spot to relax with a book and a glass of wine. Outdoor amenities include a sun deck, pool and terrace with a fire pit, all designed to foster comfort and conviviality in a classic Italian setting.
Located near the Val d’Orcia — a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its gentle hills, cypress-lined roads and picturesque villages — Borgo San Vincenzo is well positioned for exploring Tuscany’s landscapes and cultural sites. To mark its summer opening, the hotel is offering a special promotion: a seven-night stay for the price of five in the room category of your choice.
