Blue Diamond Resorts has completed an intensive Butler Certification Program to elevate its luxury and personalized service. The program was conducted and certified by a Head Master from the Hospitality and Butler organization, a representative of the British Butler Institute. It is designed to refine the skills and professional expertise of butlers serving the brand’s family-friendly and adults-only properties across Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Antigua, Saint Lucia, and Grenada.
