Powered by Radisson Hotels, each art’otel is developed around a Signature Artist, delivering curated guest experiences through distinctive restaurants and bars, exhibitions and events, and thoughtfully designed guestrooms and public areas. art’otel Zagreb will open this fall in the historic Jewish Liturgical Municipality building, originally constructed in 1928. The property will offer 110 rooms, a rooftop bar, a main restaurant and bar, four meeting rooms, a spa and an indoor pool.
In London, art’otel will add a second property following the successful opening of art’otel London Battersea Power Station. The new hotel, located in Hoxton and set to open in early 2024, will be a striking 27-storey cylindrical building within the South Shoreditch Conservation Area. The development will feature 257 rooms, including 60 suites, plus a restaurant and bar, an art gallery, an auditorium and events space, an indoor swimming pool and other amenities. British street artist D*Face has been named the Signature Artist for this location.

art’otel will also debut in Italy with art’otel Rome, an extensive redevelopment of a former hotel that closed in 2022. The Roman property will include 99 guestrooms, a destination bar and restaurant, an art gallery and an outdoor terrace, providing both local visitors and international travelers with a culturally driven hotel experience.
These openings reinforce art’otel’s commitment to combining contemporary design, local creative partnerships and hospitality. Each new property aims to reflect its city’s character while offering signature programming—exhibitions, events and dining—that connects guests to the local art and cultural scene.
