Situated a short boat ride from Providenciales, the development marks the island’s first luxury resort. Known locally as The Garden Island, North Caicos will host Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences, scheduled to open in 2029. The project will include 78 branded residences available for private ownership, featuring a selection of beachfront villas alongside contemporary condominiums.
The resort aims to highlight a close relationship with the island’s natural environment, emphasizing privacy and authentic local experiences. Landscaped gardens showcasing native species, flowering botanicals and medicinal plants will inform the spa program. The full-service Anantara Spa will offer treatments inspired by those plants, while an on-site observatory will introduce guests to celestial programming—activities and rituals guided by lunar cycles, planetary alignments and seasonal shifts, plus sleep-focused experiences and relaxation sessions.

Recreation and wellness facilities will include a fitness center and dedicated yoga studios, along with courts for tennis, padel and pickleball. Water enthusiasts can make use of a dedicated water sports center, and multiple pools will be available across the property.
