Alaska Airlines Adds Condor as New Mileage Partner for Flier Miles

Alaska Airlines last month added Condor Airlines as its newest mileage partner, expanding opportunities for Mileage Plan members to earn and redeem miles on flights to Europe.

Condor currently operates nonstop service to Frankfurt (FRA) from multiple North American gateways, including Seattle (SEA); Anchorage (ANC); Austin (AUS); Baltimore (BWI); Calgary (YYC); Fairbanks (FAI); Halifax (YHZ); Las Vegas (LAS); Minneapolis (MSP); New Orleans (MSY); Pittsburgh (PIT); Portland (PDX); San Diego (SAN); Toronto (YYZ); Vancouver (YVR); and Whitehorse (YXY).

In addition to its existing Frankfurt routes, Condor is introducing new nonstop service between Seattle and Munich (MUC) and between Las Vegas and Munich beginning in May and June, respectively.

Alaska Airlines has been enhancing its Mileage Plan program by expanding international partnerships and adding ways for members to earn miles more quickly, reach elite status sooner, and redeem miles for award travel. These changes are intended to provide greater flexibility and value for frequent flyers and casual travelers alike.

“We are continuing to bolster our international partner portfolio, giving our guests access to more of the globe. Condor provides a key link, with its nonstops from seven Alaska gateways to Europe and beyond,” said Andrew Harrison, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Alaska Airlines. “Condor’s nonstop flights from Seattle to Germany allow our guests to step on the plane at Sea-Tac and step off in Europe, earning Mileage Plan miles along the way.”

For Mileage Plan members, the Condor partnership means more direct options to Europe from both West Coast and inland U.S. cities, as well as service from select Canadian and Alaskan airports. The expanded network supports travelers looking for convenient nonstop connections to major German hubs and broader European destinations via connecting flights.

These additions align with Alaska’s strategy to strengthen its international footprint by partnering with carriers that provide complementary routes. Passengers can expect to accrue mileage credit on eligible Condor flights under the terms of the partnership and use accumulated miles toward award travel on Condor-operated services where applicable.

As with any partnership rollout, travelers should review the Mileage Plan program rules for details on earning and redeeming miles, qualifying fare classes, and any applicable blackout dates or capacity controls. Keeping an eye on Alaska Airlines’ announcements will provide the latest information about route launches, schedule updates, and how the partnership is implemented in the Mileage Plan program.
