Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Opens Luxurious Moscow Hotel

Luxury brand Bulgari Hotels and Resorts has announced plans to open a new hotel in Moscow, scheduled to debut in 2019. This will be the group’s seventh property, following recent openings in Shanghai, Beijing and Dubai in 2017. The hotel will be situated within walking distance of Moscow’s most iconic attractions and directly adjacent to the Moscow State Conservatory P. I. Tchaikovsky.

The property will offer 65 guestrooms and suites, including the signature Bulgari Suite, which features a private rooftop terrace and views of the Kremlin. Guests will enjoy a signature restaurant and bar, a full-service spa and an indoor swimming pool. The development will also include full-time residences, integrating hotel services with private living spaces.

Architecturally, the hotel will blend restored historic elements with contemporary renovations and refined luxury details. The building has a layered past: originally a residence for nobility, it later housed musicians associated with the neighboring Conservatory. The design aims to preserve the building’s heritage while introducing modern comforts and Bulgari’s signature aesthetic.

“We are extremely proud to be able to announce the Bulgari Hotel in Moscow, as it will be another important step for the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts project,” said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari. He noted the strategic importance of Moscow for the luxury sector and how the hotel complements Bulgari’s flagship store presence in Petrovka. Babin highlighted the natural synergy between Bulgari’s jewelry and hospitality businesses, explaining that clients expect the same high level of service in both the brand’s boutiques and its hotels.

The Moscow hotel is intended to deliver an intimate, high-service experience in a prime cultural location, catering to both international visitors and local residents seeking luxury accommodations and residences in the city center.
