Sofitel San Francisco Bay has introduced a luxurious, pet-friendly program designed to make travel with four-legged companions easier and more enjoyable.
The hotel’s Magnifique: Pet Vacation initiative raises the bar for pet amenities, offering a range of thoughtful services and conveniences. Guests and their pets receive a warm welcome from the general manager and hotel staff, and room service features an extensive selection of chef-prepared, pet-friendly entrées, snacks, and desserts. Menu options include items such as Puppy Beef Stew made with real beef, fresh peas and carrots, and pet-safe sorbet.
To ensure a comfortable stay for pets, Sofitel provides a plush Sofitel Doggy Bed, complimentary bottled water, a dedicated placemat, food and water bowls, and a canister of biodegradable pick-up bags. For exercise and enrichment, the hotel is close to more than three miles of waterfront walking and running trails, and guests can borrow complimentary tennis balls and Frisbees at the property.

The program can be added to a guest’s stay at no extra charge and imposes no weight or breed restrictions. For guests who want to bring the experience home, the Sofitel Doggy Bed is available for purchase for $200.
