Fresh from a successful 2025 debut, COMO Hotels and Resorts has announced the return of its exclusive COMO Journey: Into the Arctic for 2026. The program offers two distinct expeditions aboard m/s Polarfront, scheduled for May and September 2026. COMO partners with specialist tour operator Natural World Safaris to deliver immersive, small-ship Arctic experiences.

The first voyage, The Arctic Awakens, runs May 13–23, 2026. This early-season itinerary takes advantage of the region’s midnight sun and presents excellent opportunities to encounter polar bears, walruses and abundant sea birds. The second voyage, The Arctic’s Final Glow, sails Sept. 13–24, 2026, when guests can expect to see reindeer, arctic foxes and whales, and — weather permitting — the Northern Lights.

Both expeditions highlight COMO’s signature hospitality, including COMO Shambhala wellness offerings and a menu focused on fresh, nourishing COMO cuisine. Activities are curated to showcase the Arctic’s natural and cultural richness: immersive wildlife safaris, guided land excursions, and expert-led lectures and workshops provide context for what guests see in the field. The intimate m/s Polarfront accommodates up to 12 guests across seven suites and includes amenities such as a sauna and hot tub to enhance comfort after active days ashore.
