Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit has completed a comprehensive renovation of its suites. The $30 million project modernized the Master, Parlor and Grand Terrace suites, creating spaces designed to deliver calm, comfort and understated luxury from the moment guests arrive.

Each suite exceeds 1,000 square feet and features a soothing color palette of sand, beige, cream and warm wood tones, punctuated by green accents that reflect the local landscape. The design highlights natural materials—polished stone, wood paneling, textured upholstery and organic fabrics—paired with regional craftsmanship visible in textiles and woodwork. Thoughtful details such as backlit wall elements and natural stone finishes add depth and refinement.
Sustainability guided the renovation at every step. The property incorporated energy-efficient lighting, durable long-life materials and eco-friendly finishes. Collaborating with local suppliers reduced transportation emissions and supported responsible sourcing while showcasing regional talent.

Functionality was also a priority: seating areas were reconfigured for better flow, furniture was selected for ergonomics and comfort, bedding was upgraded and storage was increased. Enhanced lighting controls and improved connectivity ensure guests can easily manage their environment and stay connected.
Stays in these suites include luxury accommodations and a range of all-inclusive amenities: à la carte dining at several specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, taxes and gratuities. The updated suites aim to combine responsible design with high-end comfort for an elevated guest experience.
