Air France Reveals Its 2023 Partner Chefs Lineup

Air France collaborates each year with top chefs to design menus for its La Première and business cabins and for its airport lounges. The airline has announced the 17 chefs who will take part in the 2023 program, including five newcomers joining the roster this year.

For long-haul flights from Paris, La Première and business-class diners will enjoy creations from renowned French Michelin-starred chefs Arnaud Lallement, Régis Marcon, Anne-Sophie Pic, Emmanuel Renaut and Michel Roth. New to the program this year, Mauro Colagreco and Thierry Marx will also contribute exclusive dishes.

In La Première suites, the sweet course will be handled by Meilleur Ouvrier de France pastry chefs Philippe Urraca and, for the first time, Angelo Musa, adding refined desserts to the airline’s most exclusive cabin experience.

On other long-haul routes, premium travelers will find dishes by triple Michelin-starred Julien Royer on flights to and from Singapore, Jofrane Daily on departures from Réunion Island, and Olivier Perret on flights departing Canadian destinations. For medium-haul business-class services, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d’Or laureate François Adamski will oversee the year-round lunch and dinner offerings.

In Air France lounges, passengers traveling in premium cabins can sample plates created by the team of Alain Ducasse alongside contributions from François Adamski, Amandine Chaignot, Guy Martin and Philippe Urraca.

The airline has also reinforced its sourcing commitments: Air France now uses 100 percent French meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables, and eggs in all cabins and in Paris airport lounges, and it sources fish exclusively from sustainable fisheries where available.
