Conrad Hotels & Resorts has revealed sweeping city views from its upcoming 20-story property set to open later this year. The new Conrad Chicago promises unobstructed panoramas from every side of the building, including striking vistas of the Magnificent Mile.
The hotel’s top two floors—the 19th and 20th—will house meeting rooms, event spaces, a two-story atrium, and multiple food and beverage venues, all designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon. Conrad Chicago will feature 287 guestrooms, a service culture built around modern technology, and curated local experiences that highlight the best of Chicago. The property also includes approximately 10,000 square feet of contemporary conference and event space fitted with the latest audiovisual and connectivity options.
Joining Conrad’s portfolio of 24 properties across five continents, Conrad Chicago will offer guests access to the Conrad Concierge app, which centralizes hotel services and amenities for convenient, on-demand use. As part of Hilton Worldwide, the hotel participates in Hilton Honors, giving guests benefits such as digital check-in, the ability to choose their room, and complimentary WiFi.
The development is a joint venture between Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Geller Investment Co., LLC, and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group.
