Avis Car Rental has been ranked No. 1 in its industry for the 18th consecutive year.
The 2017 Brand Keys study evaluated car rental companies across 83 categories. Avis earned the top spot by scoring highest in four key measures of customer engagement: empathetic customer service; clear and understandable pricing, discounts and options; overall convenience, expertise and reputation; and a broad selection of reliable, well-connected vehicles and features.
