Regent Phu Quoc Reopens Beloved Taste Studio for Guests

Regent Phu Quoc recently presented the fourth installment of Taste Studio, a signature pop-up dining experience held from November 28 to 30. This year’s edition, titled A Spectrum of Contrasts, invited just 32 guests each night to enjoy an intimate, multisensory event that combined cuisine, visual art, dance, music and stories from Phu Quoc and Vietnamese culture.

Executive Chef Francesco Andreoni crafted a nightly tasting menu that showcased high-quality local ingredients and inventive techniques. Each course was designed as part of a culinary journey that highlighted color, aroma and flavor through the Vietnamese concept of yin and yang, while harmonizing with the evening’s artistic performances and interactive moments.
