Hilton has opened the Conrad brand’s first property in Washington, D.C. Located on New York Avenue within CityCenterDC, Conrad Washington, D.C. introduces a luxury hotel experience aimed at travelers seeking modern design, elevated service and locally inspired dining.
The hotel comprises 360 guestrooms across 10 floors and includes 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space that integrates with CityCenterDC’s collection of shops and services. For events and meetings, the property offers approximately 32,000 square feet of flexible function space suitable for conferences, weddings and corporate gatherings.
Dining at Conrad Washington, D.C. emphasizes regional ingredients and accomplished culinary leadership. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Estuary, is led by chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, both recognized with James Beard honors and Top Chef credentials. Estuary focuses on farm-to-table preparations and seafood sourced from the Chesapeake Bay, pairing seasonal produce with coastal flavors. A rooftop terrace and lounge provides panoramic views of Washington’s skyline and landmarks, presenting a menu of cocktails and small plates designed for socializing and scenic dining. For guests seeking Japanese cuisine, Sakura Club on the 10th floor features a selection of Japanese whiskies and a traditional afternoon tea service in an intimate setting.
