Set within a private bay in Fethiye, Türkiye, Yazz Collective is a chic boutique resort opening for its first full season this year. Accessible only by sea, the property features a beachside restaurant and 16 guest houses set amid lush gardens. Each guest house blends Fethiye’s natural beauty with modern comforts; rooms look out over scenic vistas and open onto private decks that connect indoor living with the outdoors.

The resort opens April 12, offering guests the chance to relax on plush Bali beds, join daytime mixology and art workshops, and attend sundown dinner parties each evening. At the heart of the property, the restaurant evolves throughout the day: a relaxed spot for leisurely lunches and a refined setting for memorable dinners after sunset. The menu highlights fresh seafood, organic meats and seasonal vegetables grown in the resort’s own gardens.

Sample dishes include wood-fired pizzas, sashimi platters, fried zucchini and slow-roasted ribs. The culinary experience is paired with expertly crafted cocktails, many of which rework classic formulas—think a chili margarita finished with passionfruit cream or the Yazz Mule, a twist on the traditional mule featuring pineapple oleo and spicy ginger.
Beyond dining, Yazz Collective encourages guests to explore the surrounding coast with private boat tours among the 12 nearby islands. Back at the resort, traditional Balinese spa treatments are offered in private cabanas for a restorative experience.

Guests can reach the resort via Dalaman Airport or by connections from Istanbul or Bodrum, after which a short sea transfer completes the journey to this secluded coastal retreat.
