Naples International Airport has opened its first capsule hotel, providing compact, private sleeping pods for travelers who need short-term rest between flights. The new facility offers a quiet, secure alternative to napping in a crowded terminal.
The hotel, BenBo (short for Bed and Boarding), features 42 single-bed pods, each approximately four square meters. Every pod is equipped with free WiFi, soundproof walls, an automatic door, air conditioning, and an internal window with a blind. Each unit also includes a Brera mattress, a fold-down table, a mirror, a clothes hanger, and a shoe rack, making the space practical and comfortable for brief stays.
Pods do not include private bathrooms, but guests can use 16 individual bathrooms with showers. Additional amenities include a 24-hour reception desk, a winter garden for relaxation, and a smoking lounge, ensuring travelers have essential services around the clock.
Pricing is designed for flexibility: rates begin at €8 for the first hour, €7 for each additional hour, or a €25 option for nine night hours. This structure suits passengers with varying layover lengths or travelers needing a short rest before or after flights.
Located inside Naples International Airport, the capsule hotel aims to meet the needs of modern travelers seeking quick, affordable, and private rest without leaving the airport. The compact design and useful amenities make it a practical choice for solo passengers, business travelers, and anyone wanting a short, comfortable break during their journey.
With its combination of privacy, convenience, and budget-friendly rates, the BenBo capsule hotel offers an efficient solution for those passing through Naples who prefer a brief, restful stopover in a controlled, well-equipped environment.
