Air France passengers flying from Los Angeles (LAX) and Washington, D.C. (IAD) can now choose the airline’s redesigned business-class cabin or enjoy fully refreshed seats in premium economy and economy. These cabin upgrades are part of Air France’s ongoing modernization of its long-haul fleet.
The upgrades are being introduced progressively across the airline’s Boeing 777 fleet equipped with the new “BEST” product. As more 777s receive the refit, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. join an expanding list of North American gateways that offer the improved onboard experience. Ultimately, the updated cabins will be installed across all 44 Air France Boeing 777s that operate the carrier’s long-haul services.
Air France first revealed this new long-haul cabin concept in June 2014, launching the program as a key element of a broader $500 million investment in enhanced products and passenger services. Since then, the airline has continued to roll out the updated interiors to provide travelers with greater comfort, modern amenities and a more consistent experience across its long-haul network.
