Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall has opened in Montego Bay, Jamaica, offering an adults-only, all-inclusive resort experience adjacent to Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, which welcomes guests of all ages. The property occupies the former site of The Ritz-Carlton and features 224 guest suites, including 30 swim-up suites, designed for comfort and relaxation.
The resort’s adult-focused amenities include four private pools, a pool bar and restaurant surrounded by chaise lounges, a private beach, a full-service spa and a fitness center. Together with Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, the two resorts provide guests with a combined 620 guest suites, 16 dining venues and three lounges. Meeting and event planners can choose from 18,286 square feet of indoor meeting space, while more than 30,000 square feet of outdoor venues offer scenic ocean and garden views for weddings, conferences and special events.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall is the second resort in the Hyatt Zilara brand, joining Hyatt Zilara Cancun, which launched the previous year. As part of a combined resort experience with Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, the property strengthens Montego Bay’s offerings for travelers seeking both family-friendly and adults-only all-inclusive stays in a single destination.
