Hotel Indigo Opens in Düsseldorf: Luxury Boutique Stay Guide

InterContinental Hotels Group has introduced its boutique Hotel Indigo brand to Düsseldorf, Germany. Situated in the heart of this fashion-forward city, Hotel Indigo Düsseldorf – Victoriaplatz marks the brand’s third property in Germany, joining Hotel Indigo Berlin – Alexanderplatz and Hotel Indigo Berlin – Ku’Damm.

The hotel features 126 guestrooms designed with style and comfort in mind, a garden terrace for relaxing outdoors, a cocktail lounge, and complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Each floor of the hotel draws inspiration from a different decade of fashion, from the 1950s to the present day, reflected in the selection of fabrics, colors and patterns used in the décor.

Located in one of Germany’s key fashion hubs, Hotel Indigo Düsseldorf – Victoriaplatz aims to reflect the city’s chic, cosmopolitan character both inside and out, offering guests a stylish base for business or leisure. Tom Rowntree, Vice President of Brand Management & Quality for Europe at IHG, noted that the two Berlin locations have become popular starting points for city explorers and expressed anticipation for welcoming guests to the new Düsseldorf hotel. He added that IHG currently operates 11 Hotel Indigo properties across Europe, with 14 more expected to open over the next three to five years.

As one of the world’s leading hotel companies, IHG operates nine distinct brands across roughly 100 countries and territories, continuing to expand its portfolio with properties that combine local character and modern comfort.
