Waldorf Astoria New York Teams with Mixologist Jeff Bell for Peacock Alley Cocktails

Waldorf Astoria New York has partnered with award-winning mixologist Jeff Bell, managing partner of Please Don’t Tell and partner at Apres Cru Hospitality, to design the cocktail program for the hotel’s iconic Peacock Alley and its signature restaurant, Lex Yard.

The hotel has long been influential in the evolution of mixology, and I’m honored to help shape its next chapter and introduce Peacock Alley to a new generation of New Yorkers and visitors.”

As the hotel prepares to reveal the full results of its comprehensive restoration, Peacock Alley will be returned to its original grandeur. The renovated bar will include historic cocktails that were created at Peacock Alley, such as the Dr. Cook and the Bishop Poker, alongside new offerings that reflect Bell’s contemporary approach to craft cocktails.

Chef Michael Anthony will lead the culinary program at Lex Yard. Bell’s cocktail selections for Lex Yard will include classic drinks such as the Rob Roy and an extensive wine list, designed to complement Chef Anthony’s menu and enhance the dining experience.
