Waldorf Astoria Announces Exclusive Partnership with Aesop Skincare

Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts has announced a global partnership with Aesop, the renowned maker of high-quality skin, body and hair care products, as well as fragrances and accessories for personal and home use.

Dino Michael, senior vice president and global luxury head at Hilton, described the collaboration as a milestone for the brand’s luxury portfolio. “This new partnership is an exciting moment for our luxury portfolio and represents Waldorf Astoria’s and Hilton’s ongoing commitment to offering exceptional amenities to loyal guests,” he said. “As we reinvigorate our amenities around the world, aligning with Aesop’s global recognition and reputation as an industry leader is a testament to the product quality, appealing aromas, and intuitive customer experience it has shown over the years.”

Under the agreement, signature Aesop formulations and scents will replace travel-sized products and become the in-room toiletries across Waldorf Astoria properties worldwide. This marks the first time Aesop has partnered with a hospitality brand at a global scale. The move reflects Waldorf Astoria’s shift toward full-sized, in-room amenities that offer a more luxurious and sustainable guest experience.

The in-room amenities will be offered in 500 mL dispensers made from 97 percent post-consumer recycled plastic. The selection includes Classic Hair Shampoo and Conditioner, Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash, Geranium Leaf Body Cleanser, and Rind Concentrate Body Balm—formulations chosen for their performance, scent profiles, and suitability for a range of guest preferences.

Suzanne Santos, Aesop’s chief customer officer, said the collaboration reflects both brands’ dedication to guest experience and sustainability. “The launch of Waldorf Astoria and Aesop’s partnership centers on a belief that uncompromising decisions are made in the name of customers, as we continue to prioritize opportunities to offer sustainable and clean products to guests,” she said.

By pairing Waldorf Astoria’s luxury hospitality with Aesop’s well-known product standards, the partnership aims to elevate everyday in-room rituals while reducing single-use packaging. Guests at participating Waldorf Astoria locations can expect consistent, thoughtfully designed amenities that align with contemporary expectations for quality and environmental responsibility.
