Grand Velas Riviera Maya
Situated on Mexico’s Caribbean coast, Grand Velas Riviera Maya will feature Korey Rowe, director of NYC-based Dogpound, who will lead high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and core-strengthening workshops. Additional guest instructors include Steph Currie, who will lead cycling sessions; Ale Rubio, founder of Fitmingo and creator of a vegan protein supplement; and Lucy Nelles of Miami’s Hi Vibe Wellness, among others. Programming emphasizes functional movement, strength, recovery and nutrition guidance tailored for all levels.
Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos
The newest property in the Velas collection, Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos will welcome a lineup of fitness professionals including Giorgio Merlino, founder and trainer at ALO Wellness; Robin Marin, a seasoned yoga instructor; and Magaly Guerra Meyer, creator of the Shake & Sculpt methodology. Workshops at this resort focus on movement variety—from restorative yoga and breathwork to strength and sculpting classes—designed to support both beginner and experienced guests.

Casa Velas and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit
Wellness Getaways at Casa Velas and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit are sponsored by Lululemon Mexico and include instructors such as Ana Paula Dominguez, founder and CEO of the Mexican Yoga Institute; Olivia Medina, founder and general director of Euro Te; and Chef Yogui.
