Trump Hotel Collection will expand its luxury portfolio this coming summer with a new property in Azerbaijan. Rising 33 stories above the Caspian Sea in Baku’s Nasimi District, Trump Baku is scheduled to open in June 2015 and aims to set a new regional standard for luxury. The landmark development will feature 189 guest rooms and 72 ultra-luxury residences, alongside a 15,166-square-foot spa with indoor swimming pools, a comprehensive fitness center, a sizable business center and generous retail and meeting facilities.
“Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku reflects The Trump Organization’s commitment to the highest standards and our selective participation in premier global projects,” said Donald J. Trump, chairman and president of The Trump Organization. “When we open in 2015, guests and residents will find a level of luxury rarely seen in Baku — a property that will rank among the world’s finest.”
Additional future additions to the Trump Hotel Collection include properties planned for Washington, D.C., Vancouver and Rio de Janeiro, all anticipated to open in 2016.
