The design reflects the Central Coast’s ranch and coastal influences, incorporating natural materials such as weathered Corten steel, light woods and a palette of blues. Landscaping features heritage olive trees and drought-tolerant succulents that complement the local climate.

On-site amenities include a 50-foot garden terrace swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a lobby lounge with the S.Low bar and fireplace, an adjacent garden courtyard serving all-day refreshments, a full-service contemporary spa, a spacious fitness center and valet parking.

Dining at Hotel San Luis Obispo is led by Executive Chef Ryan Fancher, a Best Chefs America guide member. He oversees Piadina, a fresh California interpretation of Italian cuisine centered on a wood-fired oven, and Ox + Anchor, a modern take on the classic steakhouse recognized by Michelin. Guests can also enjoy small plates, cocktails and casual service at S.Low Bar in the lobby, or take in views from The Rooftop Terrace and High Bar.
