Starwood Expands in Las Vegas with SLS Las Vegas Signing

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to brand SLS Las Vegas, located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip at Sahara Boulevard, bringing the property’s more than 1,600 guestrooms and suites into the Starwood family under the Tribute Portfolio and W Hotel brands.

With the addition of SLS Las Vegas, Starwood will expand its presence in the Las Vegas market, joining its existing properties: The Westin Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa; The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa; Four Points by Sheraton Las Vegas East Flamingo; and Element Las Vegas Summerlin.

The rebranding will integrate SLS Las Vegas into Starwood’s global reservation, loyalty, and marketing systems, offering guests access to Starwood’s amenities, programs, and services while preserving the unique character and independent spirit of the property under the Tribute and W flags.

Travelers can expect a blend of local personality and Starwood standards across the guest experience, from enhanced loyalty benefits for recurring guests to elevated food, beverage, and entertainment options that reflect both the SLS legacy and the distinctive flair of the W brand. This strategic move strengthens Starwood’s footprint on the Strip and provides more choices for visitors seeking both boutique individuality and internationally recognized hospitality standards.
