LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL has unveiled its new Executive Tower this month, setting a fresh benchmark for premium luxury hotels. The Executive Tower comprises 278 guest rooms and features the Michelin two-starred restaurant Pierre Gagnaire a Seoul, presenting modern French cuisine in an elegant setting.
The GA Group, an internationally acclaimed interior design firm known for projects such as Four Seasons Casablanca and Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, led the Executive Tower’s design. The interiors blend refined Korean aesthetics with a timeless, minimalist approach. Guest rooms are appointed with Beautyrest The One mattresses for enhanced comfort, and select suites include a Styler clothing-management system for convenient garment care.
The Royal Suite, the largest suite of its kind in Korea, offers an elevated experience with a Beautyrest Black mattress—the largest bed available in the country and among the most luxurious models on the market. The suite also features a C. Bechstein grand piano and a private fitness area equipped with premium TechnoGym equipment from Italy.
Guests are greeted by the Executive Tower’s signature scent, Walk in the Woods, which combines citrus-green top notes, freesia floral accents and a warm woody musk for a calm, refreshing atmosphere. In-room amenities come from Diptyque’s hotelier collection, blending citrus, green mandarin, cashmere and cumin essences. Haircare and cleansing products carry bright citrus and orange blossom nuances to complete the sensory experience.

The Executive Tower is home to the largest club lounge in Korea and offers a private Sky Lobby for discreet check-in. Business travelers benefit from meeting rooms, full business services and packing & unpacking assistance. All suites include a Valet Box for secure storage, eliminating the need to request in-person laundry pickup.
Le Salon provides an intimate, luxurious lounge experience exclusively for Executive Tower guests. The lounge serves breakfast, light snacks, afternoon tea and evening hors d’oeuvres. A Live Station ensures attentive service with bartenders, baristas and a chef on hand to prepare made-to-order selections.
Pierre Gagnaire’s only restaurant in Korea returns to Lotte Hotel Seoul with a refreshed menu designed to make classic French dining more accessible. Pierre’s Bar complements the dining experience with panoramic nighttime views and ten new signature cocktails. The space is curated like a French boutique and includes an extensive selection of single-malt whiskies. The PG Bar Membership, offered in Gold and Platinum tiers, provides members with tier-based drink selections, discounts on snack dishes and complimentary Keeping Box service.
