Sensei Launches Targeted Wellness Program for Lasting Results

Luxury wellness brand Sensei has introduced Collections, a curated and immersive wellness program led by on-site experts. The first two offerings—Metabolic Health and Cognitive Fitness—are now available to book at Sensei Porcupine Creek and Sensei Lānaʻi, A Four Seasons Resort.

The Metabolic Health Collection delivers a data-informed look at how everyday habits affect metabolic function. Guests wear a glucose monitoring device to observe how movement, nutrition and rest influence their bodies. The program includes three private 60-minute sessions designed to translate that data into achievable, long-term health strategies.

The Cognitive Fitness Collection targets the key influences on cognitive performance, such as sleep, stress and physical activity. Participants receive a cognitive skills assessment and engage in two private 75-minute sessions that include guided training and practical tools to support mental clarity and resilience.

“With the launch of Sensei Collections, we are inviting guests to delve deeper into key interest areas, deepening their knowledge through real-time data and personalized support,” said Alexandra Walterspiel, president and CEO of Sensei. “The new Metabolic Health and Cognitive Fitness Collections build on our foundation of evidence-led wellness programming. Designed for flexibility, these Collections allow all guests, regardless of length of stay, to engage with Sensei’s renowned wellness services at their own pace, while focusing on their personal intentions and wellbeing goals.”

Sensei plans to introduce Collections at Sensei at Zadún Los Cabos, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, at a later date, expanding access to these targeted wellness experiences across its resort locations.
