QT Perth and House of Suntory Launch Exclusive Japanese Rooftop Garden

QT Perth has unveiled a new Japanese-inspired Zen garden on its 18th-floor rooftop. As the Australian winter gives way to spring, this exclusive collaboration with House of Suntory transforms the Rooftop at QT into a lush cherry blossom setting where guests can relax and enjoy signature cocktails.

The Rooftop at QT’s mixologists have crafted a seasonal cocktail menu inspired by Japanese flavors. Offerings include Toki teapot infusions, Haku Vodka cocktails with QT’s signature twists, and Roku Gin served with a range of tonics. Standout drinks include Matcha Made in Heaven, which blends Haku Vodka with sake, coconut, almond milk and matcha tea, and The Butterfly Effect, made with Roku Gin, lavender, grapefruit, lemon, yuzu soda and butterfly pea tea.

“We look forward to welcoming the city for an early sip of spring at The Zen Garden on the Rooftop at QT,” said Steven James, general manager of QT Perth. “This partnership with House of Suntory brings a thoughtful fusion of tradition and contemporary style, offering guests a distinctive rooftop experience.”
