A decorative wall of shelves with artwork separates the living area from the bedroom. The bedroom sits closest to the floor-to-ceiling windows and provides excellent natural light and clear views of Marina Bay Sands. The king-size bed is firm yet comfortable, and convenient bedside charging sockets kept my phone and tablet within reach overnight.

I particularly enjoyed Keyaki for its authentic Japanese cuisine and sushi; the garden and koi pond views enhance the dining atmosphere. Hai Tien Lo serves traditional Cantonese dishes for guests who prefer Chinese specialties.

The team’s attentiveness, the well-appointed club-level benefits and the fitness center contribute to a pleasant stay. Club amenities are well suited to business travelers, and 24-hour room service ensures dining flexibility at any hour. One minor inconvenience was the frequent use of the key pass to access different floors; while an effective security measure, it required keeping the card readily available. The hotel’s central Marina Square location is ideal for shopping and is within walking distance of the Suntec Convention Centre, which is useful for visitors looking to escape Singapore’s humidity.
