Over the past few years, Las Vegas has seen notable growth and transformation with the arrival of striking new destinations such as the T-Mobile Arena, the LINQ Promenade and MGM’s The Park. Major construction across the city has largely settled, with Las Vegas Stadium among the few remaining projects scheduled to open for the Oakland Raiders in 2020. As these developments come online, MICE planners gain access to refreshed venues and elevated experiences designed to impress attendees and create lasting memories.
Providing a well-designed conference room or ballroom is no longer sufficient. Business travelers and event attendees now expect enriching, memorable experiences. Planners who deliver on those expectations find that venues across Las Vegas are responding with thoughtful design, wellness features and unique event options that make the destination as exciting as the Strip itself.
After MGM introduced The Park, the company reimagined Monte Carlo as Park MGM, which opened this May. Inspired by global green spaces and driven by a clean design aesthetic, Park MGM also places strong emphasis on meeting and event amenities tailored to the modern business traveler. The property’s meeting rooms and boardrooms reflect this shift, with details intended to support focus, wellness and productivity.
Park MGM’s Stay Well Meetings initiative, developed with Deepak Chopra and the Cleveland Clinic, brings wellness directly into the meeting experience. Features include enhanced air filtration and purification to support mental clarity, healthier dining selections and environments that maximize natural light. Complementary touches—such as a calming light-green palette and subtle aromatherapy—help make Park MGM a place attendees want to be, not just a place they have to be.

For evening events, Park MGM offers intimate private spaces within its elevated dining and bar venues, including Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar, a Chicago-style speakeasy outpost, and the whimsical Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Later this year, Park MGM will add an Eataly marketplace and NoMad Las Vegas, a boutique hotel within the property, further expanding its appeal for groups and conferences.
Nearby, ARIA completed a 200,000-square-foot convention center expansion earlier this year. The three levels of contemporary meeting rooms and ballrooms provide sweeping views of T-Mobile Arena and The Park, plus generous outdoor areas that enhance event flow. The property’s attention to design—evident in lighting, finishes and architectural details—complements an impressive fine-art collection throughout the hotel. ARIA also distinguishes itself with LEED Gold certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainability that many corporate groups value.
The Strip is no longer the only area offering top-tier event options. Enclave, a meeting and event facility located near the airport, opened in January 2017 as a new-build venue about a mile from the terminals. Conceived by 3G Productions—known for large-scale concerts and festivals—Enclave brings world-class production capabilities to corporate events. The 75,000-square-foot space features robust A/V and production infrastructure, significant rigging capacity in signature areas, and private settings ideal for tech and government groups that need discretion. Additional conveniences include a rooftop Signature Room with Strip views and free parking for more than 350 vehicles.
Closer to the Strip but offering a quieter, boutique atmosphere, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas provides an intimate luxury experience adjacent to Mandalay Bay Resort. Its private arrival and proximity—just 15 minutes from the airport—set a calm tone for groups arriving in the city. Guests enjoy access to Mandalay Bay’s pools, dining and shopping via a peaceful connecting walkway while retaining the Four Seasons’ personalized service. The hotel’s private event spaces total 38,200 square feet and range from an outdoor fountain terrace to six meeting rooms, ballrooms and hospitality suites with views of Las Vegas, the desert and surrounding mountains.
Beyond traditional venues, local activity and tour providers offer memorable options for corporate groups, whether for client entertaining, networking or celebrations. Lip Smacking Foodie Tours stands out as a premium culinary experience, guiding corporate groups through a curated evening of VIP dining. Guests visit multiple restaurants in one night, enjoying pre-set high-end menus and signature cocktails. With customization for client branding and group size flexibility—up to 140 participants per tour—the company offers planners a distinctive alternative to standard banquet dining.
UNIQUE VENUES
The Keep Memory Alive Event Center, designed by architect Frank Gehry and housed within the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, offers event space that is striking both visually and purposefully. Proceeds from events support research and treatment for brain disorders including Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s and Parkinson’s diseases. The center’s main event space is notable for a 75-foot ceiling, nearly 200 windows, a façade of stainless-steel shingles, a Wolfgang Puck–designed kitchen and carefully tuned acoustics—creating a memorable setting for fundraisers and special events.
On the LINQ Promenade, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas merges a concert venue, bowling alley and bar into an edgy, larger-than-life event space. At 82,000 square feet, the two-story venue can host multiple simultaneous events and accommodates a wide range of functions—from marketing activations and tastings to Super Bowl parties and corporate gatherings. Brooklyn Bowl’s team can brand nearly every aspect of an event, from menu options to custom-branded bowling balls, offering a highly customizable and energetic alternative to conventional ballrooms.
