In the run-up to King Charles’ coronation in May, London is hosting a range of celebratory events. The Londoner, a boutique hotel in Leicester Square, has unveiled special coronation offers available to book through May 18.

As part of the celebrations, the hotel has transformed its luxury bar, The Stage, into a pop-up martini bar honoring the new king’s preferred cocktail. The martini menu features three distinct creations. The His Majesty combines Belvedere vodka with Noilly Prat Dry and Veuve Clicquot. The Le Français, inspired by the French martini, pairs Champagne with tea. The Homage pays tribute to the late Queen with a Gin & Dubonnet-inspired blend. Guests wishing to elevate their experience can add a plate of two Fine de Claire oysters finished with lemon crème fraîche and a green tabasco dill oil.

Guests can book the Royal Coronation Experience, which includes a guided royal coronation walking tour following the procession route from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace. The package offers 10 percent off the best available rate, daily breakfast, the walking tour, two limited-edition martinis per room and four Fine de Claire oysters per room. It also includes priority booking for curated experiences, access to The Residence and The Retreat, and complimentary WiFi. Rates are based on two guests per room per night, and a minimum two-night stay is required.
